What are "Experimental Groups?"
In the simple survey, groups are called "panels." In an experimental design like this, they are referred to as "treatment groups" and "control groups." In this study, there will be a treatment group that is presented the treatment, which in this case is the "cue" or brand name embedded in each question. Another group will not receive the treatment (cues) and is referred to as the "control group."
