Scroll down to the Instrument Construction Area under the heading "Position Food Stamps Given Party Cues."  

In the box labeled "Number of check boxes to Show to respondent," set the number to "2" (for "Support" and "Oppose.").  Immediately below this, set the "Number of responses the respondent is allowed to check" to "1."  

In the text box, enter:  
The Democratic Party wants to increase government spending on food stamps. It says poor people need assistance in these economic times. But the Republican Party takes a different position. It says this kind of public assistance makes people too dependent on government.
Do you support or oppose higher government spending on food stamps?

Immediately below the question, there are two boxes for responses.  In the first field, type the word "SUPPORT."  In the second field, type the word "OPPOSE."  Click on SAVE.
