Protocol Description Popup Window
You should be viewing an automatic popup window called "Descriptive Information About This Protocol." The purpose of this window is to describe your protocol for archival purposes and for future users.
Under title enter "Effects of Mental Cues on Public Opinion Surveys" Under Description enter "In this poll, we ask whether respondents support or do not support making tax cuts permanent and how strong respondents feel about their position." Under Topic/Field enter "Public opinion." Under Keywords enter "survey, public opinion, taxes." Under Research Method enter "Survey Research," and under Public/Private enter "Private."
Click Save in the top menu. Note that your new protocol is automatically given a protocol ID number. Remember this number for future reference.
If you do not want this window to pop up when you open the composer again, click the check box for this option. You can display this window anytime you wish by clicking on "Description" in the top menu of the composer/editor.
Click the close box in this window to fully display the Edit Protocol page of ProtoGenie. Note at the top left of the page the "Edit Protocol" label in gold to the right of the ProtoGenie icon.
