Set up On-line Access by Anonymous Subjects

Now, you are ready to implement your survey. For this, you need a URL (Internet address) to include in your email invitation to your mailing list. To get this URL, click GET URL in the top menu bar of the Composer/Editor. Under "Group," select "Survey Panel." Under "Login," select "Use an anonymous subject."

Click Generate URL. Highlight and copy the URL appearing in the Generate URL window. Paste this url in the email or webpage you intend to disseminate or paste it in a note pad or other text file for later use. Also, you can come back anytime and generate this URL again when you are ready.

When respondents click on this url they are taken directly to the Welcome Page of the protocol. After they complete the survey, the respondents are thanked for their participation and the results are automatically stored anonymously by case number.
