Suggested Approach to Level 1 Tutorial

If you opened this tutorial from the Tutorials link of the ProtoGenie website, then it is most likely that the ProtoGenie Composer/Editor is not open. The Composer/Editor is the Web program that you use to build research support software. An effective way to start into this tutorial is to leave the composer closed and browse the tutorial from beginning to end.

After you have finished browsing, sign up for a free protogenie account and then log onto ProtoGenie in the top menu of the ProtoGenie home page. Then, you can create the tutorial protocol as you proceed through the tutorial.
