Sequence Events

Click on the Sequencing tab and note that the names of the four events that you just created are listed in the Event Names Window on the left side of this page.  Here we will enter these names into the Survey Panel in the Execution List on the right side of the page.  

Select "Survey Panel" in the Execution List.  Select "Welcome Screen" in the Event Names Window and click on the right arrow labeled "Enter Event Name."  Open the "Survey Panel" and you will see that the event name "Welcome Screen" has been entered in the Survey Panel. Repeat the above procedures for the other three event names.

An important property of the Execution List is that the order in which event names appear (from top to bottom) is the order in which they will be executed.  Obviously, the End Screen is not in the correct order.  To move it down, click on the Move menu to the right of the Action menu and toggle the event name Down as necessary to put it in the last place.  If any of the other event names are out of order repeat this procedure. 

To test run the sequence of these four event names, click on the Execute link in the top menu of the page.  Select the subject option called "Run Anonymously..." and click on "Run Survey Panel."  The Results Page should have entries for your four named events.  Click on "Edit Protocol" in the top menu to return to the Composer/Editor to continue.
