Scroll down to the instrument construction window under the heading "Position on Tax Cuts."

In the text box, enter:
"The Government proposes that several temporary tax cuts be made permanent. Experts agree that this tax cut plan has a 75 percent chance of creating many new jobs. But other experts point out that even if the plan works, it will greatly increase the national debt and thus hurt future generations. Do you support making these cuts permanent?"

In the box labeled "Number of Text Boxes to Show," set the number to "2" (for "Support" and "Oppose."). Immediately below this, set the "Number of responses the user is allowed to check" to "1."

Immediately below the question, there are two boxes for responses. In the first field, type the word "SUPPORT." In the second field, type the word "OPPOSE." Click on SAVE.
