Specify Panel
Click on the Make and Edit Groups tab of the Edit Protocol Page. Since there will always be at least one panel in a survey, the blank protocol defaults to one "unspecified Panel."
Click on "Unspecified Panel" under "Group Label and change it to "Survey Panel." Immediately to the right, in the column labeled "Keywords," enter words that describe this panel, such as "survey panel, respondent pool."
In the field labeled "Description," enter: "Respondents in this panel will be drawn from a pyramid style email invitation to participate starting with family, friends, and colleagues. In this email, respondents are urged to forward it to people on their email lists. All responses will be anonymous. ProtoGenie designers have called this polling process Citizen Initiated Polls, or simply CIP polls."
Ignore the column labeled "Homogeneous" Set the panel size in the box provided. For this tutorial, set it at 100.
Next, we will create the events that will be inserted in this panel.
