The Edit Protocol Page
The Edit Protocol Page contains three tabs.
On the left is a tab called "Make & Edit Groups." The window under this tab contains a table called the "Group Specification Table." This is where groups (panels) are created and defined.
The middle tab under the Edit Protocol Page is Make & Edit Events. The window under this tab contains a table called the "Event Specification Table." This is where events are created and defined.
The third tab is called "Sequencing." The Sequencing tab can be thought of as the home tab because you always end up there to list event names in the order in which the named events will be executed. Under the Sequencing tab on the left side of the screen is a window called "Event Names." This is a list of the names of all of the events that you have created. To the right of the Event Names Window is a window called "Execution List."
By default, the Execution List contains a group called "unspecified Panel." This panel is described under the Make & Edit Groups tab. The Unspecified Panel automatically contains the name of one "Unspecified Event." The event itself is described in the Event Specification Table under the Make & Edit Events tab.
Looking ahead, after you have created all of the events for your study, they will be listed in the Event Names Window. Your last step is to enter a sequence of event names selected from this list into the Execution List Window under a selected group in the order in which they will be executed.
To create this sequence, select an event name from the Event Names List. Select the panel where it will go (the only one in this case), and click on the right arrow labeled Insert Event Name. Repeat this process for each event name to appear in the Execution List.
